few people who make these lists spend paragraphs leading up to the list itself.
They talk about the cultural significance of the music, and how the year was compared to past years,
and many other things along those lines. I skip those. I’m not knocking
preludes, but you read the lists to see the lists, so, let’s just get right
down to it.

Liam, that is a great post and a great list (that's what blogging should be all about). I have 6 of those albums and I like your selections. A couple of my favourites this year include: Cut/Copy's "Zonoscope" and GroupLove's "Never Trust a Happy Song". But that Bon Iver album is my favourite (I put it ahead of my all time favourite band: Radiohead as well).
