just came home from air cadets and im really tired...

I just came home from air cadets and im really tired, so I am keeping this post short. Mr.Rollins wanted me to post about cadets sooo here it goes…..

What is air cadets? Well it’s a program for 12-19 year olds. We learn discipline and drill and leadership skills. In the program there are many activies such as: survival camp, marksman ship, first aid, drill team and many more.

Who: Kevin, Ben and I all go to air cadets

Where: At BCIT aerospace campus

When: Every Thursday we go to Air Cadets. From 5:15-9:30

Well I was going to post a picture of my friends and I at cadets but I am way to tired too….so this is what you get…….. a picture of our cadet squadron.

Happy New Year from Jenny

This will be my last post…it was fun being the blogger! Just to remind you that tomorrow is yet another FSA assessment (believe me, it’s just the beginning)…this time, it’s the Numeracy Written Response which will give us half an hour to finish. Tomorrow, don’t forget the band booklet and the Tapped questions! As well, if anyone forgot, it’s Chinese New Year tomorrow, meaning there’ll be a lot of Red Pockets (also can be called Red Envelopes) which is basically money in a red envelope. Anyway, this is quite random but has anyone ever heard of The Cinnamon Challenge? It’s where you swallow down a spoonful of cinnamon and well, see what happens. Typically, the person swallowing this is going to painfully choke and maybe even vomit…the reason is because the cinnamon is dry, therefore, you can’t swallow it. I just heard of this today and it was quite disturbing, to say the least, however entertaining. If anyone chooses to try this, please don’t. If you want to see other people do it, go on YouTube and type in ‘The Cinnamon Challenge’ and you can go from there. It’s actually kind of amusing seeing people’s reactions…anyway, enjoy!

Yet Another Random Post From Jenny

Hello, it’s Jenny! I haven’t posted much lately and I’m sorry for that…anyway, did anyone else experience that blackout earlier? Gosh, that was…unexpected. (If this didn’t happen to you, you’re lucky.) I’m not entirely sure if any of you remembered, but the booklet for band is due next week so remember to get started! As well, we have yet another part of the FSA assessment tomorrow and this time it’s focusing on numeracy! It is taking place in the computer lab and it’s a multiple choice kind of thing…it’s not as bad as it seems, though! This week is soon coming to an end…I believe there is an early dismissal on Friday (students are dismissed at 11:30). And if you are by any chance bored, below is a link of this very…optimistic girl…you’ll see what I mean. To be honest, I don’t know what this song is supposed to mean but I remember it being the highlight of the summer of 2011…

Hello! It’s Jenny here. I’ll be the new guest blogger for the time being…gosh, I don’t know where to start…just in case anyone forgot, the FSA test starts tomorrow so remember to get a good night’s sleep as well as a good breakfast! (Don’t worry, this won’t count for your grade so it’s nothing to worry about but do your best!) Anyway, has anyone heard of One Direction? If you haven’t, you have now! One Direction is a band that started out on The X Factor UK and has since been working on plenty of music!
